Summary Job Specification
The purpose of this recruitment is to expand our client base in a professional manner. The successful candidate will already have a background in developing recruitment business, probably within a City based or similar environment.
The role entails:
· Generating professional marketing documents and promotional material using available IT applications
· Making telephone contact with potential clients and building new business relationships
· Meeting new clients and potential clients face to face to win new business or just strengthen relationships
· Using a CRM database to maintain regular client contact
Person Specification
· A good standard of education, minimum GCSE
· At least 5 year’s work experience, preferably in a professional, client facing environment
· Highly developed communication skills
· Ability to generate business relationships in a professional manner
This is an excellent opportunity for some one with a relevant recruitment or sales background to join our team on a self employed basis. A high level of commission will be paid and you will have the flexibility to work largely from home.
